The works were procured under a JCT Design and Build Contract and completed within a 6 month contract period.
The scope of works comprised the full strip-out of existing central plant, finishes, fixture and fittings. Construction of new shower facilities, superloos, roof terrace and roof top plant enclosure, with a comprehensive refurbishment of the reception and office floor.
A major refurbishment of the external façades, entrance passageway, courtyard and link bridge, including a landscaping design package was undertaken, providing a modern light entrance to the building and a comfortable amenity space for the tenants.
