Instructions were received to develop a design brief with the client, along with outline cost plan to accompany a scheme design.  Subsequently, Trident engaged a full design team on the client’s behalf to progress with the occupier fit-out of the office areas, bespoke entrance reception and data room for the call centre.

Trident submitted, processed and negotiated all statutory applications, prepared all building contract and tender documentation, and negotiated the contract sum with a single contractor, before going on to then project manage the works on site, chairing and managing all design team and technical meetings within and dealt with all statutory applications to allow the tenant to occupy within twelve weeks from inception.
