Tom Little joined Trident earlier this year, to support the London West End office and further the London City office in its surveying and business development activities.
Working in London often sees plans being interrupted or rescheduled due to a whole host of reasons. Trident’s agile working scheme lets staff build their working day around their and their clients’ schedules without causing disruption.
|9am – Got to the office for a brief team meeting to discuss ongoing and prospective jobs.
9:45am – headed over to Golders Green for a site meeting with my client and his architect to monitor the progress of his development of a block of flats, so that I can report back to his lender.
12pm – returned to the office for a call to discuss a Dilapidations claim against my client from his former landlord with his surveyor.
1:30pm – settled down after lunch to finish preparing the tender package for another client, who is planning on refurbishing a retail unit, with the aim of going out to tender at the beginning of next week.
|Tom’s role in Trident is similar to others in the team, who learn about our clients as well as their properties in order to provide the best solutions for the both the client, be that the landlord, tenant or third party.|
