Trident’s Manchester office was instructed to carry out a report regarding Tenant’s alterations at one of their clients properties located in Clifton, Manchester. Our role involved reviewing the specification of refurbishment works proposed by the Tenant to improve their shop floor fit out, showrooms and external facilities as part of their nationwide roll out.
As part of the alterations required changes to the external façade and structure of the building, Trident was required to review and request technical data to ensure that the specification met the standards required and to provide recommendations and advice to our client with regards to lease obligations. Trident monitored the works to ensure that the compulsory standards were met ensuring satisfaction for the client while enabling the Tenant to carry out the improvements they required.
Trident has also been instructed to carry out Building Reinstatement Cost Assessments at this property along with another Wickes outlet located within the Blackpool area.
