Trident was appointed by the landlord to produce a schedule of dilapidations on the property to serve on the tenant at the end of the lease term and negotiate the dilapidations claim.
An inspection of the whole property was required to determine the condition and note all lease clause breaches that the tenant was responsible for remedying. Due to no direct access onto the roof and restricted access around the building a drone was used to inspect the roof.
Hi-resolution video footage and photographic images were taken by the drone, in a methodical approach across the whole roof and the top of the elevations that enabled us to ascertain the condition and all defects. A quick discussion with the drone company provided them with a brief of what we required and enabled us to continue with our inspections.
