Trident’s Edinburgh office was recently instructed by Highcross to provide a full pre-acquisition due diligence service in relation to Waverley Gate, Edinburgh. Waverley Gate is a Grade A Listed, trophy office building within Edinburgh’s city centre.
Trident provided initial pre-acquisition due diligence and coordinated mechanical and electrical consultants, finally reporting as a team prior to purchase, in order to satisfy the client that the building was suitable.
Following purchase, Trident were retained to monitor Tenant Fit-Out works, we acted as Lead Designer, Contract Administrator and CDM Coordinator on Landlord Enabling Works where further open plan floor sub-division works were required to attract new tenants. Furthermore, Trident was appointed to provide a Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule to assist in budgeting for future service charge.
