Trident’s Leeds office was instructed to carry out a Landlord’s dilapidations inspection on an industrial warehouse.

The Tenant was looking to vacate the premises at the end of their Term. We undertook the inspection and prepared a Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations detailing the breaches of Tenant covenant and required remedial works as a result of those breaches along with costing information. This enabled the Landlord to serve the Schedule of Dilapidations on the Tenant and negotiate the scope of works that the Tenant was required to undertake prior to termination of the Lease.

Works were carried out by the Tenant and handed back in a condition required by the Lease for a new occupier.
