Trident completes social housing refurb in Glasgow

Trident’s Glasgow office has recently successfully completed £500,000 of internal refurbishment works within occupied social housing properties in Pollok and Priesthill, Glasgow.

The projects comprised replacement kitchens and bathrooms as part of a continuing £5m reinvestment programme to improve social housing standards.

These further two phases involved march-in surveys; finalisation of design options with kitchen supplier; coordination of tenant selection of finishes; implementation of works; management of site issues; final snagging and handover as well as hosting weekly tenant surgeries throughout for ongoing resident liaison and community cohesion.

The works were phased and implemented to bring them in on time, on budget and to complete client and tenant satisfaction.
