Trident Building Consultancy is pleased to announce that it is enhancing its PropTech offer as a result of the decision to work with GoReport. The relationship will enable us to increase the services we deliver with the help of PropTech to enhance client value.
Trident has for many years been an advocate of ‘PropTech’ – the application of technology in the property sector. Through our close affiliation with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) we regularly speak and write about the issue, last year we carried out a survey of the RICS headquarters in London. Anthony Walker, Director at Trident sits on the RICS UK Building Surveying Professional Group Board where he leads on PropTech. In May, Anthony will be speaking at the RICS Building Surveying Conference on how PropTech can positively impact on Building Surveying.
GoReport enables the capture of building surveying and project management data on mobile devices, across a range of services. It presents accessible and easily digestible outputs in the form of reports, excel spreadsheets and via a highly visual online dashboard. Trident’s partnership with GoReport has much to offer and it will explore new and better ways to deliver the information our clients need.
Anthony Walker, said: “We chose GoReport to help us increase our PropTech offer, building upon on the excellent work we have done to date with our other partners. They have invested significantly in product development in the last 12 months and as a result, they have some very powerful solutions that will help us support our clients.”
David Bell, Chairman of GoReport added: “We are delighted to welcome Trident to the fast growing family of GoReport customers. For some time we have admired the progressive approach Anthony Walker and Trident are adopting with PropTech and are excited to be working with them”.
