The Hive is a Grade A office in Manchester city centre, which won the prestigious British Council for Offices Best Commercial Workspace in the North 2011.
Trident’s Manchester office was originally instructed to carry out a Pre-acquisition Building Survey and a Building Reinstatement Cost Assessment when the Client purchased the property in April 2015.
Since the acquisition, Trident have continued to provide valuable services including overseeing an outgoing Tenant’s dilapidations works, providing advice in relation to Tenant’s Alterations, managing refurbishment works to two suites and organising refresh works to the common areas. Most notably, we have recently acted as Project Manager for the refurbishment of the two reception areas including new external signage.
The building remained heavily occupied for the duration of the works so careful consideration and planning was required to deliver the project without causing disruption to the Tenants. Finishes to the receptions are bespoke and aim to provide a professional, fresh appearance whilst also complementing the vibrant Northern Quarter location.
