Trident was initially instructed to undertake technical due diligence at the pre-acquisition stage on behalf of our client. Trident’s Building Inspection Report highlighted significant issues with the building. This enabled our client to conclude a satisfactory negotiation with the vendor.
Trident has subsequently been appointed to procure and manage a comprehensive package of works to address all issues with the building. Trident has assembled a project team including mechanical and electrical consultants. The various package of works includes refurbishment of flat roofs, replacement of all windows, repairs to existing air conditioning system, refurbishment of common areas and replacement of passenger lifts.
All works are required to be undertaken with Tenants in situ -the building is fully occupied. The project is at pre-construction stage and expected to commence on site early in 2017.
