Trident was originally instructed to undertake technical due diligence on behalf of our client at the pre-acquisition stage.

Our Building Inspection Report highlighted a number of issues with the building that required works to be undertaken. Following our Client’s acquisition of the building, Trident prepared a Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations and assisted the Landlord in negotiating a financial settlement.

Trident subsequently undertook Contract Administration and CDM Principal Designer Roles in relation to the refurbishment of vacant office space, common area toilets and the main entrance reception lobby.
