Trident acted as Project Manager and Employers Agent on this comprehensive scheme of improvements to St Helens Retail Park. The project involved construction of four new units, extending an existing unit, altering the customer access road and creating a dedicated service road, together with environmental and landscaping enhancements. All of which was carried out around a busy retail park where existing retailers continued to trade.
Trident’s project management, careful programming and coordination with incoming Tenant’s teams meant that the scheme was completed on time and on budget. Critically ensuring the retailers key trading periods were hit.
In addition, we subsequently monitored the fit out works being undertaken by incoming Tenants.
