Contract administration has been a core part of Trident’s services since the company’s inception in 1998. Every member of the surveying staff has experience of administering construction contracts.
We have experience across the full JCT suite of construction contracts, NEC and client specific term contracts.
Many institutional funds and developers have specific contract amendments which are incorporated into the construction documents and have to be pre-agreed with the contractors. We liaise with the client’s legal advisors where necessary to implement any such amendments.
We have carried out the role of Contract Administrator on numerous projects nationwide up to values of circa £50k+ covering a multitude of project types within office, industrial, retail, residential and leisure sectors.
We have extensive experience in working on new build, construction and refurbishment projects within occupied buildings, on historic buildings both listed and within conservation areas, fit-out projects, common area refurbishments and external repairs and redecoration contracts.
