Planned Maintenance

Trident offers expert advice on planned building maintenance including the formulation of maintenance strategies, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes and guidance on physical implementation of maintenance work.

Our experience enables us to offer pragmatic advice to building owners, occupiers and property managers for the full range of existing and new build commercial, residential and public buildings.

We can recommend economically viable solutions for maintenance to enhance value and protect property assets, ensuring that the advice given is tailored to meet the client’s aspirations for the property and the budget available.

Trident’s systems allow for extremely accurate and swift data capture at survey stage and flexible client focused outputs for reporting and monitoring of planned maintenance costs and activities. The software is adaptable and can interface with client’s desktop systems and can produce bespoke client specific outputs.

We are experienced in developing PPM programmes for public and private sector clients, including for offices, shopping centres, industrial, residential and the education sector properties among others.

In addition to professional advice on planned maintenance, Trident has broad experience and expertise in arranging for the implementation of maintenance works. This typically takes the form of producing drawings, specifications and schedules of work and arranging for tenders, together with the administration of the contracted maintenance work to completion.
