Trident was appointed as the Project Manager and Contract Administrator on this complicated office refurbishment. The existing space had inherited an atrium area. This atrium area was to be demolished to provide additional lettable floor area. Trident were involved in pulling together a suitable design team consisting of Architect, M&E Services Engineer and
Trident completed the role of both cost consultancy and CDM Coordinator. The project was delivered on time and within budget. Close liaison was required with the Building Management team and the Tenant liaison contacts given the live environment of the office building.
