Trident was appointed to complete a 30 year Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule and report on behalf of Scarborough Borough Council to determine costs required over the next 30 years to bring the property to a satisfactory level of condition. The data was gathered using the Kykloud data collection application.

The survey assessed the buildings condition broken down by fabric elements and sub-elements, each of which was given both a condition and priority rating. The schedule also provided details on existing condition, recommended repairs and budget costs in line with the BCIS.

In addition to a report and schedule, the outputs of the survey were summarised in a variety of graphs and tables which provided a benchmark in determining future maintenance costs and development options associated with the building.
