Regent Canalside

Trident was appointed by Chainbow Asset Management to undertake a 10 year planned preventative maintenance survey and report of Regent Canalside, a set of 3 blocks of flats totalling 56 units.

All landlords’ common parts internally and externally were surveyed. The report was combined with a 10 year planned preventative maintenance survey of the mechanical and electrical installations in order to provide the landlord with a complete picture of likely costs to be incurred over the coming 10 years.
