Trident undertook inspection and reported utilising surveying software and provided reports detailing 30 years of planned maintenance expenditure. Trident surveyed external and internal fabric including the mechanical and electrical installations and provided advice accordingly. Using the surveying application meant the report were ready to view immediately following the inspection.
