Trident’s Liverpool office acted as Designer and Contract Administrator on the refurbishment of the main entrance and reception of this multi tenanted city centre office building, including lift lobbies to all floors together with the reconfiguration and refurbishment of one of the office floors.

Dated and required extensive refurbishment to provide a high contemporary specification.

Trident identified an architectural practice to provide interior architectural design services, suitable for a multi occupied city centre building based on previous works together.

The project was completed within the client’s budget with limited tenant disruption and the property has been transformed to provide a modern, efficient space.
