Fumbally Portfolio | Dublin

Trident were instructed to provide due diligence acquisition advice for a multi-storey office scheme in Dublin 8 comprising 100,000sq.ft office space.

The portfolio comprises a mix of protected structures and modern offices dating from the mid-1700’s located on Fumbally Lane close to Dublin City Centre.

Following acquisition, Trident are now specifying and managing a variety of upgrading works projects throughout the development to assist he client in achieving full occupancy by the end of 2017.
