Trident’s Manchester office was recently instructed to carry out a pre-acquisition due diligence survey in relation to the above property, which are listed buildings with some of the address comprising the original Tudor facades.

Two of Trident’s senior surveyors were required to inspect the property due to its complex layout, historical architectural details and varying forms and periods of construction.

Trident was able to advise the client on budget cost required for remedial works to improve the building to ensure its longevity and report on lease obligations regarding responsibilities for the works.
