Trident was appointed by HSL FM LLP as Project Manager and Cost Consultant for category B fit out of circa 130,000ft² to provide pathology laboratories, office space and support accommodation.

  • A first of type, largest of type independent automated tracking system spanning five storeys, which has to be integrated within the architecture, structure and engineering of the building;
  • A centralised molecular suite, ensuring the laboratory is configured on a platform basis rather than a discipline basis;
  • Two containment level three laboratories each measuring c80 square metres;

  • M&E Services upgrades to provide resilience for 24 hr working
  • One of the largest automated labs in Europe
  • Containment Level 3 Suite
  • Cellular Pathology
  • Microbiology
  • Call Centre
  • Finance and TDL Executive Offices
