Trident has provided a full Building Surveying consultancy service to the property management company since 2000. The services provided for the upkeep of the 1970 s residential tower block included:

• Advice in relations to repair liabilities, Section 20 procedures and planned maintenance
• Production of feasibility studies for the repair and redecoration of the elevations and also for the replacement of windows as part of a programme of external repair
• Production of life cycle costings for replacement windows and for replacement roof coverings
• Assistance with boiler flue gas issues and reconnection of boilers
• Obtaining planning and Conservation Area consents for various works
• Assessing residents applications for Licences for Alterations
• Administering projects for roof repairs, external repairs and redecoration and also for window replacement including obtaining Crown Estate and Building Regulations approvals
