Trident’s Edinburgh office has just completed a large external and internal sub-division and refurbishment contract at a warehouse in Glenrothes. The works were completed on behalf of In-Site Property Solutions who had recently acquired the site with a view to redeveloping.

The initial brief was to split the existing open plan warehouse into smaller units. However, following interest in the smaller unit sizes, further sub-division works were completed in addition to a complete refurbishment of the existing two storey offices to the front of the warehouse accommodation.
