‘Trident Missiles’

Team ‘Trident Missiles’ competed in the Chartered Surveyors Livery Company Go Karting Grand Prix last Thursday. The event was a two hour Le Mans style event at the impressive indoor Playscape track in Streatham.

Trident was up-against 10 other surveying firms and karting was fast and furious and just about within the rules. Trident Missiles team of Nick Saul, Mike Henderson and Stuart Sword started tentatively but slowly gained a feel for the track which saw them rise from 9th position to finish a credible 4th. A stewards enquiry may well have pushed Trident to 3rd due to a black flag controversy which was debated in the post- race discussions....
