Trident head to the Cotswolds

Trident are delighted to have been appointed by one of our leading clients to inspect and report upon eight warehouse units in the less than historic industrial quarter of Cirencester.

Following instructions, Bristol Director Craig Keogh, undertook a rigorous examination of each of the buildings for our client to fully consider their fund’s purchase.  The inspection was conducted on one of the brighter days we’ve experienced during this Summer and was undertaken whilst all but one of the properties was occupied and operational.  On the instruction, Craig commented, “it’s great that funds are venturing into the market place in a time of austerity and we can complement their careful consideration of the investment.  This is a significant acquisition and, like all buildings, has its idiosyncrasies to consider before taking on any responsibility.”
