Hotel Makeover

Trident’s Edinburgh office have just completed pre-acquisition reporting on behalf of one of Royal London Asset Management’s funds on a 43 room Grade B Listed hotel in the centre of Edinburgh. Following attendance onsite a verbal update was provided, the Executive Summary was forwarded after 24 hours and the full report was provided shortly thereafter.

The hotel is due to undergo a facelift and refurbishment and Trident have been retained to monitor the works on behalf of Royal London Asset Management in order to protect their interest as Landlord.
