Trident are delighted to have been involved in the technical due diligence associated with the acquisition of a prime retail investment in Aberdeen.
Our involvement was in the survey of the properties and the preparation of a Building Inspection Report, advice on corrective maintenance costs and the production of Building Reinstatement Cost Assessments on behalf of The Trustees of Rockspring Hanover Property Unit Trust. The subjects are a mixture of modern and traditional retail units which extend to some 9,000 sqm of space located on Union Street, Aberdeen’s main shopping thoroughfare. Tenants in this significant retail investment include BHS Stores, Office Holdings, Boots and In-Stores.
