Moore Place Golf Club

Trident have recently been appointed by Moore Place Holdings LLP to act as cost consultant on the redevelopment of Moore Place Golf Club into a 60 bedroom care home. 

We are in the process of preparing the Stage D cost plan, with a view to works commencing in the summer. 

The scheme will be a welcome regeneration of the site.  The developer has already secured an end user for the scheme.
