Trident have undertaken a pre-acquisition building survey of a recently constructed warehouse as part of a due diligence exercise with regard to the freehold interest being acquired.

Trident were also responsible for the management of several sub-consultants due to the building’s wealth of complex energy saving systems such as a geothermal heat exchanger, under floor heating, rainwater harvesting system and solar roof panels.

The survey was completed within a week with Trident further advising the new freeholder on the proposed installation of substantial cold and freezer stores, valued at £1.2M.
