Hotel Inspector!

Trident’s Edinburgh office has just completed a series of technical due diligence reports for a large investment real estate management client.

The scope of the service required a total of three large hotels to be inspected. Trident’s Edinburgh team inspected the hotels on the Monday and Tuesday and provided the reports on Wednesday. We also provided Building Reinstatement Cost Assessments for each property within the allotted timescale. This shows that Trident will go that extra mile to achieve timescales for a client to ensure that any transaction completes.
