Trident are delighted to have been appointed to project manage the refurbishment of this multi-storey office building in the centre of Bath.  Built in 1972 the property was refurbished most recently in 1996.  Changes in occupants, demands on building services and an increasingly competitive market has prompted this reincarnation.  Craig Keogh, Director, Bristol office is delighted to be heading up the instruction and is targeting dramatically improved sustainability credentials as a key factor to ensuring the property’s long-term, high return on investment.
