Glasgow and Dundee Student Villages

Trident has recently been instructed by Glasgow and Dundee Student Villages to complete extensive internal refurbishment works to a variety of student accommodation properties in Glasgow and Dundee.

The properties are home to over 5,000 students during term time and the works are to be strictly programmed and coordinated to complete in just 12 weeks prior to the return of the students for the next semester. The total value of the works is £1.1 million and the projects are part of ongoing investment by the Employer through life cycle maintenance at each of the properties.
