Trident are fortunate enough to have been appointed by Carillion Facilities Management, who are responsible for maintenance of the HSBC property portfolio, to undertake a survey of 250 branches throughout the South East of England to determine the condition of the external fabric and provide forward maintenance planning for each property.  We have been tasked with assessing condition on a “risk” basis,

The portfolio is an eclectic combination of traditional High Street banks, new shopping centre units and a number of call centre and business park properties. This commission is set for completion by Christmas 2008 and we hope is the start of a new and rewarding relationship with Carillion Facilities Management.
