Condition surveys

Condition surveys are primarily undertaken to assess and record the precise condition of a particular property at a certain point in time.
The preparation of a Schedule of Condition report is primarily used to limit Landlord’s and Tenant’s repairing obligations as part of leased property. The matter of Dilapidations can be very expensive, and by having an accurate record of the condition a particular property is in at commencement of the lease means disputes can be quicker and simpler to resolve, and most importantly, less costly.
