Trident up in the Ayr

Trident have just completed a survey on one of Scotland’s largest high tech manufacturing facilities.

 

  The site extending to 64 acres which is home to Jabil Circuit’s 4,182 sqm (450,000 sqft) advanced factory unit was surveyed to provide a report on condition. The extensive survey covered the manufacturing plant and site areas which include a purpose built sports and leisure facility with two full sized football pitches.

  The former Digital and Compaq unit once provided employment for some 2500 staff following its construction in the 1980’s. The site is situated in the Mosshill area of Ayr and enjoys panoramic views over the Ayrshire countryside across the Clyde estuary to the island of Arran.
