Trident move swiftly on!

Trident’s Edinburgh office was recently instructed by Highcross to provide pre-acquisition due diligence advice in relation to Waverley Gate, Edinburgh. Waverley Gate is a Grade A Listed, trophy office building within Edinburgh’s city centre providing circa 216,000ft² (20,067m²) of lettable space over eight floor levels. The premises which dates back to circa 1861 was formerly the General Post Office (GPO) for Edinburgh and was extensively redeveloped with works completed in 2005. At the time, the building was the largest facade retention project in Europe.
With Trident only recently opening an office in Edinburgh, it is hoped that this instruction reinforces our ability to act swiftly on projects of this size and nature. Following our advice, the property exchanged and Trident hope to have further involvement as Highcross manage their new asset.
