Following the demise, and subsequent resurrection from new investors, of ‘floors 2 go’ one of our principal clients was left with a former trade counter outlet from the group midway through a ten year lease in the Ashton district of Bristol.
The property had been hastily stripped of assets and left for the Landlords to clear, reinstate and repair. Of course, Trident were delighted to assist! We provided our client with a comprehensive repairs package to refurbish the unit and enable letting agents to promote the property as a far more attractive proposition to prospective tenants. We are delighted to report that the unit has subsequently re-let where the new tenant, Hilti, required premises it could occupy in the quickest possible time to begin trading from.
