Trident’s Edinburgh office have been acting for Aberdeen Asset Management on one of their Funds at 10 – 15 Princes Street, Edinburgh.
Initial instructions were received to assist with Terminal Dilapidations on several high profile retail Tenants. Thereafter, Trident have been acting as Contract Administrator and CDM Coordinator progressing with internal soft strip out works to the entire building to allow a major redevelopment of the site. Works cost is in the region of £250k.
Timing is critical and works started onsite Monday 23rd May 2011 working to a 14 week programme.
The building will thereafter be redeveloped to provide retail space to basement and ground floor levels and hotel accommodation to the remaining upper floors.
