Trident go shopping…
04/04/2011
Continuing the recent trend of increased acquisitions activity, Trident’s Liverpool office have just completed the Technical Due Diligence (TDD) exercise for the purchase of two historic retail premises in Chester City centre. Totalling 2,880m² (31,000ft²)
both properties are Grade 2 Listed, one being of mock Tudor design, built in 1892.
Acting on behalf of Royal London Asset Management, as well as providing the traditional “Building Survey” report, we Project Managed the whole TDD process including arranging and co-ordinating the input of Environmental consultants and specialist concrete testing and analysis. Working closely with the Client, their Investment Agent and Lawyer, technical and related queries were resolved to ensure that the purchase could be completed quickly.
This instruction demonstrates further that Trident have the resources and expertise available across the UK to provide commercially focussed TDD advice, in the time frames demanded by Clients operating in a challenging market.
