Heart of Covent Garden

Trident’s London office has been instructed to Project Manage two residential conversion schemes in the heart of Covent Garden by a well renowned Property Investment company specialising in London’s West End.
The properties are located on Garrick Street close to Theatreland, and Floral Street close to Covent Garden Market. Both properties currently provide office accommodation to the upper floors with retail space at ground floor level.
It is the Client’s intention to convert the upper floors of both properties to residential use and construct an additional floor whilst retaining the operational retail tenancies at ground floor level.
Both are challenging projects which, upon completion, will provide much sought after residential accommodation to the Covent Garden area. The Floral Street project is expected to be completed in the Summer 2011.
In addition to Project Management, Trident will be carrying out the role of Designer, Contract Administrator and CDM-Coordinator along with providing advice on neighbourly matters including Party Walls.
These instructions demonstrate Trident’s ability to provide professional and commercial consultancy services over a range of sectors.
