Trident’s Glasgow office was recently instructed by Scottish and Southern Energy to provide a full pre-acquisition due diligence service in relation to One Waterloo Street, Glasgow. One Waterloo Street is a recently constructed office development in Glasgow City Centre. Trident provided initial pre-acquisition due diligence and coordinated mechanical and electrical consultants, finally reporting as a team prior to purchase, in order to satisfy the client that the building was suitable.
Following purchase, Trident have been involved in agreeing outstanding snagging issues in relation to the building construction, undertaking detailed inspections and co-ordinating with the original design team in order to satisfy the client prior to the release of retention and the issue of the Making Good of Defects Certificate.
