Trident head to Battersea!

Trident recently completed an acquisition building inspection report for UBS Triton Property Fund in respect of 32-62 Stewarts Road, Battersea, SW8.

The property, let to the Cheese Cellar, extends to circa (5,115m²) 55,000ft² over two buildings and is located on a congested and complicated site.

Our role as lead consultant required close liaison with environmental surveyors as well as the client and their legal advisers.  The detailed report was published within the client’s required tight deadlines.
