Rural Regeneration
10/02/2006
Trident are advising a private client on alternatives for regeneration of a large complex of redundant farm buildings in rural Essex.
The 20 acre site has been rendered unusable for farming by the construction of the A130 dual carriageway, which severed the land in two.
Possible uses include conversion to residential, offices and light industrial, based around the centrepiece timber framed Essex barn, which is pictured.
It is anticipated that a planning application will be made in February.
For advice on how to get your buildings working again, speak to any Trident Director.
