Trident is currently acting on various properties as a result of the unfortunate demise of Woolworths, across the UK.
We are Contract Administrator for the reinstatement works of a High Street unit in Staines on behalf of the Landlord. Woolworths were the former tenant and had created one demise from three separate units. The works include the reinstatement of party walls, repair and redecoration and external repairs. The three new units are intended to be re-let on completion of the works.
We are undertaking a variety of professional works to assist with reletting of the former Woolworths Distribution Centre in Swindon. A schedule of dilapidations was also prepared for service on Woolworth’s receivers.
We are also considering the feasibility of undertaking sub-division works to a former Woolworths unit in Maidstone, on behalf of another Landlord.
Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Trident has prepared and tendered a schedule of works and is currently acting as Contract Administrator to assist in the reletting of the Woolworths vacant unit in Finchley.
