One Carter Lane

Trident recently completed a vendor’s building inspection report for UBS Triton Property Fund in respect of One Carter Lane, London, EC4.

The property, let to Goldman Sachs, extends to circa (11,801m²) 127,000ft² and, as part of the sale, UBS are also selling the adjacent bar/restaurant building 2 Old Change Court.  UBS Triton Property Fund have put the property on the market for £72m.

Our role as lead consultant required close liaison with mechanical and electrical engineers, environmental engineers and measurement surveyors as well as the client and their legal advisers.  Much of the property inspection works were undertaken out of hours over weekends and nights to prevent disruption to the tenant’s business activities. The detailed report was published within the client’s required tight deadlines.
