Trident’s Glasgow office has been instructed to progress with a £1.75M full refurbishment of the office accommodation known as 2 Cadogan Square in Glasgow’s City Centre. The premises, which have recently been vacated, was initially appraised within a Feasibility Report with Trident providing several different options and budget costs with regard to refurbishment and potential re-development of the site. Recent interest in the premises has resulted in the client issuing instruction to fully refurbish the external and internal elements of the premises in addition to providing a fully facelifted main entrance reception area.

The premises extends to circa 3,075sqm (33,102 sqft) over two floors of office accommodation and a mezzanine level break out area all of which are to be refurbished to provide a modern and bright working environment. The Design Team has been appointed and Trident will act as Lead Designer, Contract Administrator and Project Co-ordinator through to completion. Timescales are very tight with the potential occupier requiring phased entry beginning in September 2008.
