New Starter for Edinburgh Office

New Starter for Edinburgh Office

Trident are delighted to announce that Alan Sime has joined the Edinburgh office at Senior Surveyor level to assist in servicing the existing workload and developing the office in the East of Scotland.

Alan was with Knight Frank for a period of eight years, four in Glasgow and four in their Head Office in London. His experience is broad ranging from dealing with Dilapidations instructions, Contract Administration, provision of Building Reinstatement Cost Assessments and a host of other core Building Surveying services. Alan is also a keen sportsman and is allegedly very good at football - albeit, this has still to be witnessed!!
