Major Mid-town Acquisition

Trident have provided Building Surveying advice to UBS Global Asset Management as part of their due diligence exercise in the acquisition of the 9,100 sqm (98,000sqft) 1 New Fetter Lane, London EC4.
This major Midtown/ City fringes office property was redeveloped in 2001 by Delancey and includes offices, a Pizza Express restaurant and Fitness First gym.
In addition to a full Building Inspection Report, Trident’s role extended to co-ordination of other consultants including environmental analysis, asbestos and concrete testing, mechanical and electrical engineering and a specialist cladding consultant.
This level of detail is quite typical, and an executive summary enabling the purchase to proceed was issued within 72 hours of Trident being appointed.
